Assorted broths available, signature broth is Pork Bones with Corn Broth; others includes Preserved Eggs & Chinese Parsley Broth, White Fungus & Papaya Broth, Watercress & Grouper Broth, Pepper Pork Broth, Shark's Fin Bone Broth, Chicken Marinated in Yellow Wine Broth, Chew Chow Broth, Fish Broth, Thai Tom Yam Broth. Note that the broth serves here is chargeable.

Their house-made balls, dumplings & pastes, HK Fried Beancurd Skin are must-orders items; the restaurant owner advised to dip the Fried Beancurd Skin into the broth for only a few seconds before popping it into your mouths for pefection.
