Kampachi @ Pavilion

Kampachi is one of KL's most acclaimed Japanese brands serving high-quality food in modern grandeur settings. The star of the restaurant is most surely their signature soba noodles. Kampachi might possibly be the only Japanese brand in KL that serves handmade soba; each strand is springy, chewy and rightfully exciting.

Kampachi was voted Best Japanese in the Time Out KL Food Awards 2009, 2011, 2012 and 2013. Executive chef How Yoke Seng was named Food Personality of the Year in 2013. The restaurant was shortlisted in the same category in 2010.

Unlike Kampachi at Troika, Kampachi at Pavilion does not serve Sunday Brunch; it offers varieties of fine Japanese food selection from ala-carte to set. After an extensive renovation programme, the Kampachi restaurant just reopened with a vibrant new look and contemporary interior sometime ago on Level 6 of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.
