Yamagoya Ramen 山小屋@ Publika Solaris Dutamas

Yamagoya Ramen 山小屋, specialty in Japan Kyushu Ramen and claimed to be the first original kyushu ramen in Malaysia. Kyushu style ramen come with rich, cloudy and hearty broth that’s mostly done with Tonkotsu (pork bone) broth and sometimes combined with a chicken and/or vegetable broth. Kyushu broth is deep, flavorful and it is balanced nicely with a beautiful sheen of fat on top. Yamagoya Ramen has over 140 outlets in Japan, the noodles are made in-house and the stock is made using pork bones flown from Japan.

Their signature, Mukashi Ramen, comprising the essential cha-siu, seasoned egg, seaweed, spring onions & bamboo shoots in tonkotsu broth. Warm & wholesome, filling & flavorsome.

Black Garlic Ramen, served with slices of Char Siu, beansprouts, ear fungus and spring onion. Broth is sweeter and richer in flavour with a strong garlic accent, suitable if you are garlic lover.
Spicy Tobanjan Ramen, soup base is Tonkutsu with added spicy bean sauce. Still would prefer the original.
Miso Ramen, same content with Yamagoya Ramen but broth is a bit saltier

Tonkatsu (Breaded, deep fried pork cutlet); Goyza
