With it's first establishment in 1988 in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, Hokkaido Santouka Ramen, has became the famous ramen chain. Ramen is made with a simple soup that could be savored to the last, spoonful and topped with a fabulous Char-siu pork, in essence, a masterfully assembled ramen whose superior ingredients and magnificent, robust flavor would truly stand out and long-lasting.

Authentic Japanese ramen with up to 50 outlets worldwide, outlet in Pavilion KL is one of it. Featureing traditional Japanese decor, a casual setup designed to put diners at ease while bowls of steaming ramen made by a chef from Japan with ingredients imported from Hokkaido.

There were four types of pork ramen with different broth (all pork base) – shio ramen (salt flavor), shoyu ramen (soya sauce flavor), miso ramen (soyabean flavor), kara-miso ramen (spicy soybean paste flavor). Shio Ramen is the signature ramen which is mild and creamy soup seasoned with salt.

 

The house specialty of Tokusen Toroniku Ramen (pork cheek ramen) @ RM36 (regular portion). Limited quantity serving per day due to the supply of the premium pork cheeks. The Chashu is a cut from some of the rarest part of a pig – the cheek; only 200-300g of cheek meat could be taken from each pig.

 

Small Shoyu Ramen & Char Siu Rice Set - consist a small bowl of Shoyu Ramen, a small bowl of Char Siu Rice, the ever popular Chawan Mushi, salad and pickles.
