Goku Raku Ramen, as its name spell, a restarant specialties in ramen.

"Horikiri Style" ramen was being introduced, this unique style meshes well with the palatable pork, chicken and fish mixed broth, as well as the Shio (salt) and Shoyu (Japanese soy sauce) soup base made especially by the chef. The broths are claimed to be simmered to perfection for 48 hours to bring out its exquisite taste and the ramen are made fresh daily with our ramen-making machine.

GOKU RAKU SOUP - The signature recipe! A hearty, rich broth with a robust meaty flavor. A complex blend of pork, chicken and a hint of fish in perfect balance.
TONKOTSU SOUP - Lightest soup base is brewed for many hours to infuse it with the pure sweetness of pork essence and bring out delightfully creamy texture.
MISO TONKOTSU SOUP - Sweet pork essence combined with the full, earthy flavors of miso bean paste and sesame to produce a uniquely fragrant and tangy soup.
SHOYU TONKOTSU SOUP - The intense savory flavor of soy sauce blended with our hearty pork base produces a soup that's appetizing and light on the palate.
