Fatboy’s the Burger Bar, a Singapore brand expand its business to Malaysia with first branch at Publika, Solaris Dutamas. Concept to brings the Burger evolution to a new level with its Burger Bar menu where you can build-your-own burger anyhow and anyway you want it.

Choose from a list of buns, patties, cheeses, add-ons and sauces and your burger will be cooked to order. There is also a fat list of  restaurant specially created burgers and other non-burget food for your to choose from such as fish and chips, grilled salmon, mac and cheese and fried steak.

Restaurant with modern interior design with white and black as the main colour.

Bushtucker Burger (RM20) - grill beef patty, bacon, melted emmenthal cheese, beetroot, wild arugula, and garlic aioli on whole wheat bun. 

The Elvis (RM16) - bacon stuffed pork patty, grilled bananas and creamy peanut butter on honey oat bun.

Fat Basterd (RM28) - sesame bun, extra thick double beef patties, extra thick bacon, cheddar cheese, fried egg complete with Fatboy’s homemade BBQ sauce.

Swiss Shroom (RM18.50) - whole meal bun and has the same but thinner beef patty, sauteed Shitake mushrooms and melted emmenthal cheese with garlic aioli.

Honey Mustard Chicken Kebab (RM19); Bolly Wooly (RM18.50). A thick lamb patty over lettuce, tomato and homemade curry remoulade, topped with mango chutney, all sandwiched together in a honey oat bun

Kronenbourg 1664 (RM15)

An American style restaurant have your favourite burger and chill out with beer. Food portion is quite generous, may shared among with friends.
