“Cochinillo Al Estilo Segoviano”/Roasted Suckling Pig
(RM188 for half piglet)
is a popular order here – almost every table that night had a portion, or more. Like how they do it in Spain, the piglets are butterflied and roasted till the skin becomes well browned and crusty.

There was a Spanish tradition with this dish, to knock the board 3 times with the plate and then chop the pig into 3 parts, then make a wish and break the plate into the wooden pail for good luck. This is said to transfer all bad luck into the plate, break the plate by break all the bad luck and throwing it into the bucket provided.

Paella Traditional Mixta with Seafood, Chicken and Pork (RM88)

Seafood Spaghetti in Lobster Cream

Meal was slightly pricy, but it’s a porkielicious place for pork lover and for Spanish food experience.
